Scope of Work:

Armstrong Service is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Co-Generation plant assets which include:

  • 4 Caterpillar engine driven Kato generators producing 2.6 MW of electricity
  • 4 waste heat recovery boilers producing 44,000 lbs/hr of steam
  • 2 absorption chillers with a total capacity of 700 tons
  • 4 cooling towers
  • All other associated equipment to operate this cogeneration plant

Armstrong Service employs full time on-site management to oversee the cogeneration operations.

Armstrong Service is responsible for identifying future utility improvement opportunities (electrical, steam, compressed air, chilled water, waste water, etc.) and recommending cost saving solutions.

Term:

Began May of 2003, with 3 year renewal beginning January, 2004.
